Are you trustworthy? How do I know you're not a scam? I found something cheaper elsewhere. Do you price match? Can you get a product that is not listed on the website? Are you able to issue a tax/VAT invoice? Are you VAT registered?

Can I order without creating an account? I want to stay anonymous and not provide details.

Unfortunately not - there are several reasons we need your information.


  • We need your information in order to contact you regarding your order should the need arise
  • Couriers will not deliver without complete information, including your name, address and contact number
  • We can't invoice you without having your details
  • If you're collecting, we have no way of knowing we're giving the order to the right person!


However, if you wish to have your details removed from our system once the order has been processed, please use this form to do so.
