I found something cheaper elsewhere. Do you price match?

We might be able to, but there are certain criteria that need to be met:

• You will be required to send a written quote to [email protected] from the store offering the item at a lower price. A written quote ensures that website mistakes are not considered for price matching;
• The items have to be identical with the same part number (for example, it can't be comparing an MSI GeForce RTX 3080 VENTUS 2X OC to an MSI GeForce RTX 3080 VENTUS 2X non-OC, nor an ASUS GeForce RTX 3070 DUAL to an ASUS GeForce RTX 3070 DUAL V2);
• The items must be in stock - many places don't do price updates on items that are out of stock, and will therefore reflect the old price until such time as they receive stock again;
• We do not price match grey imports or parallel imports;
• The items must not be on a clearance sale. Many stores (us included) do at times sell items that has been in stock for a long time below cost price;
• The pricing must be from a South African retail store (not a distributor or individual), and they must be VAT registered;
• The store must be in good standing (with regards to their reputation) with the market. Some offer lower pricing at the expense of the level of service offered, and we do not entertain competing with those who compromise;
• Any discount offered is subject to payment by EFT. Credit card payments are not eligible for price matching.

Please bear in mind that price matching is not always possible and therefore not a guaranteed, and it will ultimately be at our sole discretion.
