How do I cancel an order before it is completed?

Please drop us a mail to [email protected] with your order number and the request for the order to be cancelled. We may ask for a reason - this will not determine whether we will cancel the order or not (your order will be cancelled even if you don't reply), it is simply to try to better understand our customers' needs and try to further improve our service. If our service is the reason for your cancellation, we can't improve without knowing what we've done wrong :)

Note that in the case of orders where we have had to open products (such as custom builds) there may be a handling fee of up to 25% charged for the products that have been opened.
