How long does a warranty claim / RMA take?

Generally a successful warranty claim is completed within 14 days, with a few notable exceptions:

• If there is no replacement stock, there may be a delay while stock is coming into the country;
• Laptops, TVs, monitors and printers are covered by various repair centers around the country and may take up to 90 days;
• If a vendor ("brand") has left South Africa since the product was purchased, the product may need to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment and may take up to 60 days.
