Are all parts brand new?

Yes, all components we sell other than open box items (which are never used for upgrade kits) are brand new and will have their factory seals in place. The exception will be the CPU and motherboard (see the next question), as well as RAM if it's a kit (see here).

If you would prefer we DON'T install the CPU and update the BIOS on the motherboard, please add a comment to your order requesting this. All parts (other than kits of RAM - single modules will still be sealed) will then be sent to you factory sealed.
